JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Pikko Land Development Tbk (RODA), unit of Pikko Group controlled by Nio Yantony, booked net profit of Rp143.42 billion in first half of this year, jumped threefold from Rp33 billion in the same period of last year.
Operating revenues surged 240% to Rp283 billion from previous Rp83 billion while cost of good sold reached Rp167.56 billion. Operating profit was Rp89.14 billion.
Its assets totaled Rp2.49 trillion while liability amounted Rp965.26 billion.
RODA plans to invest Rp1.4 trillion in some property projects, located in Jakarta, this year. It will build high rise building such as twin tower of Sahid Sudirman Center (in partnership with Sahid Group), Sudirman Apartment, and Menteng37 apartment. Sahid Sudirman Center is now under construction whilr Menteng37 apartment will be launched in second half of this year.
