JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – State gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Tbk (PGAS) booked net profit of US$271.69 million in first quarter (Q1) of 2013, lower than US$282.49 million in corresponding period of 2012.
Net sales increased 25% to US$731.06 million from previous US$583.16 million. Revenue from gas distribution reached US$682.38 billion. Cost of revenues reached US$371.67 million, then gross profit was US$359.39 million.
Its assets totaled US$4.09 billion while liability amounted US$1.47 billion. It has cash and cash equivalent of US$1.67 billion. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
