JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State oil and gas company PT Pertamina booked net profit of US$1.15 billion in the first half of 2014, declined 22.9% from US$1.49 billion in the same period of 2013.
Sales and other operating revenues increased 6% to US$36.73 billion from previous US$34.65 billion.
Domestic sales of crude oil, natural gas, geothermal energy and oil products reached US$22.62 billion compared to US$21.08 billion in first half of 2013.
Export of crude oil, natural gas, and oil products totaled US$3.61 billion, compared to previous US$2.44 billion.
Its assets totaled US$51.9 billion while liability amounted US$34.18 billion. Pertamina has cash and cash equivalent of US$4.78 billion.
