JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Special Committee investigating corruption allegations in state-owned port operator company PT Pelindo II delayed a hearing with Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE’s) Rini Mariani Soemarno.
The postponement is confirmed by Junimart Girsang, a PDI-P lawmaker and member of the special committee. Juninart, however, didn’t reveal about when the special committee will reschedule the hearing with Minister Rini.
As reported earlier, the head of the special committee Rieke Diah Pitaloka told the press that the special committee will hold a hearing with Minister Rini this morning (Oct. 28).
Rieke, who is also a PDI-P lawmaker, said Rini has confirmed to answer the call from the special committee. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
