JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State pawnshop franchise PT Pegadaian plans to issue bonds worth Rp960 billion next month, part of its Rp7 trillion bond issue program.
The company had issued bonds worth Rp1.225 trillion last year. The offering is scheduled for July 2 & 4, 2014. The bond will be offered in three series with tenor of 370 days, 3 years, and 5 years.
The bonds will carry coupon of 8.65%, 9.35%, and 9.75% respectively. Acting as underwriters are Bahana Securities, Mandiri Sekuritas, and Danareksa Sekuritas.
