JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Pamapersada, mining contracting unit of United Tractors, produced 9.2 million tons of coal last month, grew by 21% from August 2012.
Last month’s output, however, was similar to July 2013. Overburden removal however increased to 72.9 million bcm from 72.8 million bcm in July.
Overall, Pamapersada produced 68.6 million tons of coal in January-August 2013, grew by 14% from the corresponding period of 2012.
Overburden removal, meanwhile, inched up from 552.2 million bcm to 562.1 million bcm.
