JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The benchmark November 2013 contracts of crude palm oil (CPO) increased RM28 to RM2420 per ton on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Monday (Oct 21).
December 2013 contracts also rose RM26 to RM2425 per ton and January 2014 contracts grew by RM27 to RM2428.
In Jakarta bourse, London Sumatra gained 2.72%, Astra Agro Lestari increased 1.45%, BW Plantation lost 2.15%, while Salim Ivomas Pratama closed flat.
In Singapore, Golden Agri-Resources rose 1.89%, First Resources hiked 2.72%, Wilmar International increased 0.9%, and Indofood Agri lifted 3.7%.
In Kuala Lumpur, IOI Corporation inched up 0.19%, Sime Darby up 0.1%, KL Kepong inched up 0.09%, IJM Plantation gained 1.97%, while Felda Global Ventures fell 1.83%.
