JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Plantation shares dropped further in the region this morning even though crude palm oil (CPO) continued its rally in the futures market.

PP LOndon Sumatra led the downfall with 8% correction, while Astra Agro Lestari dropped 3.42%. Salim Ivomas also down 3.12%, while BW Plantation conceded 3% in Jakarta.

In Singapore, First Resources and Indofood Agri down 0.6% each, while Golden Agri-Resources gained 2%.

In the futures market, crude palm oil (CPO) for November 2013 deliveries gained RM28 to RM2337/ton, while October contracts advanced RM35 to RM2359 per ton.
