JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) plans to enter health and hospital business as the sector prospect is promising, on the growing.
The company will invest in health and hospital business through building partnership with PT Elang Medika Corpora (EMC) and PT Menjangan Sakti (Mensa Group).
The company, through its unit PT Pakuwon Sentra Wisata (PSW), together with Emtek Group and Mensa Group, will acquire 33.33 shares of PT Surya Cipta Medika (SCM), which also unit of PSW.
PSW will provide loan of Rp24.416 billion to PT Graha Mitra Insani (GMI) and Rp31.08 billion loan to PT Surya Mitra Insani (SMI), unit of SCM and GMI.
The loan has tenor of 2 years and will carry interest rate of 10% per year.
