JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) plans add 350 telecommunication towers in second half of this year which will cost Rp350 billion.

META targets to book projects worth US$2 billion this year, of which toll projects accounts for 70%. It targets new toll projects, both green fields and brown fields through acquisition.

Other projects are clean water supply, energy infrastructure, and telecommunication tower construction. META allocates Rp500 billion capex for this year, funded by bank loan and internal cash.

META, owned by Rajawali Group, targets to complete acquisition of 2 companies (engaged in water treatment and telecommunication) in the fourth quarter of this year. The acquisition, an inorganic growth model, will cost Rp500 billion.
