JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – President Joko Widodo is scheduled to announce his cabinet lineup Sunday, October 26.
Andi Widjajanto, one of the President’s aides, said President Joko Widodo is finalising the cabinet lineup following examination of candidates by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
KPK, according to Andi, has submitted its verification of track records to President Joko Widodo Friday (October 24) night. Cabinet members will then be sworn in Monday (October 27).
The House of Representatives (DPR), meanwhile, has completed its review on the new cabinet structure. DPR is scheduled to submit its recommendations to the President Saturday morning.
