JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Governor of North Sumatra Gatot Pujo Nugroho and his wife Evi Susanti have been named as suspects in a bribery scandal implicating infamous lawyer OC Kaligis and judges at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) of Medan, North Sumatra.
The acting Deputy Chief of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Indriyanto Seno Adji confirmed KPK’s decision on naming Governor Gatot and his wife as suspects to the press on Tuesday (July 28) afternoon.

Other than Gatot and his wife, the KPK earlier named six other suspects in the case. They are Head of the PTUN Medan Tripeni Irianto Putro, PTUN Medan’s Judge Amir Fauzi, Judge Dermawan Ginting, clerk Syamsir Yusfan, a lawyer at OC Kaligis Law Office M.
