JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL) had in May 26, 2014 provided loan of Rp71.5 billion to its unit PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT).
MLPT will use the loan for boosting its investment in its unit PT Graha Teknologi Nusantara (GTN) which engages in data center business.
The loan has tenor of 3 years and carries annual coupon of 11%. Currently MLPL controls 79.99% stares of MLPT.
MLPT has assets of Rp1.246 trillion by end December of 2013 while liability amounted Rp802.9 billion.
