JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk (MSKY) opts to seek US$750 million syndiated loan, equivalent Rp1.9 trillion, for accelerating the payment of foreign currencies loan, Bisnis Indonesia reported this morning.
The company is now in talks with local and foreign banks to get the syndiated loan. It plans to refinance its bond worth US$165 million scheduled to mature by 2015.
For this year, MSKY will repay loan of US$313 million this year, including the bond refinancing or acceleration of repayment. The loan scheduled to mature this year amounts US$51.77 million.
