JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk plans to launch the rights issue in mid of 2015, targets to raise Rp500 billion, to boost its capital adequacy ratio (CAR) to 18% from current 15%.
The company had conducted rights issue this year, to boost its capital to Rp1.3 trillion. The bank plans to reach capital of Rp3 trillion by 2017.
It targets to enter BUKU 3 category of core capital by 2018. By end of September 2014, Bank MNC’s assets reached Rp11 trillion while equity was Rp1.26 trillion. Its credit totaled Rp5.72 trillion and third party funds amounted Rp8.97 trillion.
For 2015, the bank targets its credit and third party funds to grow by 30% each, and targets to book profit of Rp30-40 billion.
