JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA), operator of Mitra Keluarga Hospital, is set to split its stocks with ratio of 1 for 10, then its stock price would be cut to Rp2,900 per share from current Rp29,000.

Its shareholders have approved the proposed stock split. Shareholders also agreed to boost the company’s paid up capital. After Siloam International Hospitals, Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat is Indonesia’s second-largest hospital operator.

Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat currently owns 12 hospitals in the Greater Jakarta area, Surabaya and Tegal (all on the island of Java).

At 11.16 am Jakarta time, MIKA gained 1.28% to Rp19,525 per share.
