JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Spokesperson of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Priharsa Nugraha revealed that Minister of Energy & Mineral Resources (ESDM) Sudirman Said has not yet submitted his official wealth report forms (LHKPN) to the KPK.
Furthermore, Priharsa also revealed that around 45.47 percent of 560 total members of the House of Representatives (DPR) also have not yet submitted their wealth reports to the KPK.
According to Priharsa, the KPK is also still waiting to the wealth reports from the rest 14.62 percent of 132 total members of the Regional Representatives Council (DPD).
The state officials are obliged to submit their wealth reports to the KPK, accordance to the Law No. 28/1999. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
