JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Metropolitan Land (Metland) Tbk (MTLA) recorded net profit of Rp240.97 billion in 2013, grew by 18% from Rp203.89 billion in 2012. Earning per share (EPS) was Rp31.83.
Revenue increased 26% to Rp854.97 billion from previous Rp678.73 billion. Cost sales and direct costs rose 25.6% to Rp387.23 billion. Its assets jumped 40.6% to Rp2.83 trillion and liability surged 132% to Rp1.07 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp382.39 billion.
While PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) booked net profit of Rp546.27 billion in 2013, grew by 27.9% from Rp427.92 billion in 2012. EPS was Rp41.45.
Revenue increased 19% to Rp1.31 trillion from previous Rp1.1 trillion. Cost of sales and direct costs increased 5.9% to Rp523.17 billion. Its assets rose 23.3% to Rp6.16 trillion and liability grew by 25.3% to Rp3.48 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp588 billion.
