JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Property developer PT Metropolitan Land (Metland) Tbk (MTLA) bags loan of Rp250 billion from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI).
Fransisca Nelwan Mok, corporate director of Bank Mandiri, said in press statement released today that the loan will be used to fund Metland’s shopping center in Bekasi, West Java.
The loan has tenor of 66 months. MTLA gained 1.27% to Rp400 per share in the morning close. BMRI lost 0.65% to Rp7.700 per share. The composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) fell 0.19% at 4,147.60. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
