JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), owned by Rajawali Group, mulls to issue new shares through private placement, representing 10% of its enlarged shares capital), priced at Rp250 per share, to raise Rp380 billion.
META targets to complete acquisition of 2 companies (engaged in water treatment and telecommunication) in the fourth quarter of this year. The acquisition, an inorganic growth model, will cost Rp500 billion.
The company has toll concession rights for Tallo-Hasanuddin Airport section, Sukarno Hatta Airport-Peltarani section, and Pondok Ranji-Pondok Aren section. It also has a clean water management project in Serang.
META also invests in telecommunication tower PT Tara Cell Intrabuana.
