JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Medco Energi Tbk (MEDC), through its unit PT Medco Downstream Indonesia (MDI) had on April 24, 2014 divested another 35.28% stake in PT Medco Sarana Kalibaru (MSK) for a total consideration of US$17.4 million.
MEDC divested MSK to Puma Energy (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Puma Energy Asia Pacific BV.
In December 2012, Puma Energy had acquired 63.88% of MSK shares. Then, now Puma Energy fully owns MSK, a downstream and logistic company which developed crude oil terminal in Tanjung Priok port, Jakarta.
Puma Energy is member of Trafigura Group, the world biggest commodity trading company based in Switzerland.
