SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – Malayan Banking (Maybank), holding company PT Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) Tbk (BNII), booked net profit of S$4.97 billion in first nine months of this year, grew by 13.6% from S$4.38 billion in the same period of last year.
Revenue increased 6.3% to S$25.3 billion from previous S$23.8 billion. It third quarter of this year, Maybank booked net profit of S$1.79 billion on revenue of S$8.39 billion.
The bank’s credit rose 10%, with its credit Indonesia growing 19.8%. In Malaysia, its credit rose 8.7% while in Singapore increased 5.6%.
