JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Retailer PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp500 billion for this year, to fund the new outlets expansion.

It plans to add 12-14 new outlets this year. LPPF has added 3 new outlets during the first quarter of this year. As of now, LPPF operates 135 outlets.

The company will pay dividend of Rp851.4 billion for 2014 fiscal year, representing 60% of 2014’s net profit (Rp1.14 trillion).

It booked net profit of Rp185 billion in the first quarter of this year, jumped 50.3% from Rp123 billion in the corresponding period of 2014.
