JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Majapahit Securities Tbk has secured subordinated loan of Rp50 billion with zero coupon from Magarich Capital Pte Ltd.
Both parties had in 29 October 2013 signed the loan agreement, used for supporting working capital. The company also plans to change its core business into general trading company.
The company’s shareholders are PT Asia Sukses Mandiri (57.81%), PT Bina Utama Nugraha (19.27%), UOB Nominees Pte Ltd (19.27%), public investors (the rest).
