JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Investors focused selling plantation stocks Tuesday (Jan 7) along with the market sentiment. London Sumatra dropped 6.7% to Rp1665 with over 27 million shares exchanged hands. LSIP however had regained 66% from its bottom of Rp1000 in August 20, 2013.

BW Plantation also declined 1.9% to Rp1275 with over 23 million shares trading volume. The stock had regained 136% from its bottom of Rp540 in August 20, 2013.

Salim Ivomas also declined 2.56% to Rp760 with over 11.8 million shares exchanged hands, regained 19.7% from its bottom of Rp610 in August 21, 2013.

Plantation stocks also closed in red in Malaysia and Singapore. Golden Agri-Resources, listed at Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange fell 1.8% with 35.6 million shares traded.
