JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) plans to build Millennium Village at central business district (CBD) of Township Lippo Village, Tangerang, Banten, Investor Daily reported this morning.
The project will cost Rp200 trillion, targeted to commence this year at 70 hectares land area. The project is expected to fully be developed within 20 years. This area would be the first global smart city in Indonesia.
LPKR booked net profit of Rp463.41 billion in first quarter of this year, grew by 33% from Rp348.35 billion in the same period of last year. Revenue increased 36% to Rp2.01 trillion from previous Rp1.47 trillion.
Its assets totaled Rp31.6 trillion while liability amounted Rp16.5 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.94 trillion.
