JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) reported net profit of Rp913 billion for first nine months of this year, grew by 24% compared to the same period of last year.
Residential and urban development contributed 61% to the company’s net profit. Ebitda increased 16% to Rp1.325 trillion.
Revenues rose 25% to Rp4.78 trillion from previous Rp3.82 trillion, of which revenues from healthcare division reached Rp1.83 trillion, a 47% rise compared to previous Rp1.25 trillion. Recurring revenues increased 38% to Rp2.72 trillion, contributed 57% to total revenues.
PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA), also property developer, booked net profit of Rp165.26 billion in first nine months of this year, grew by 26% from Rp131.34 billion. Revenues increased to Rp599.9 billion from previous Rp482.67 billion.
