JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), member if Lippo Group, develops property project in Makassar, South Sulawesi, which costs Rp3.5 trillion.
Ivan Setiawan Budiono, CEO of Lippo Homes, Lippo Karawaci, said in press statement that the project opts All in One Place concept, developed on 2.7 hectares land, located at Jl. Boulevard, Panakukang, Makassar.
The projects named as St. Moritz Makassar is designed by DP Architects (Singapore) with 12 sections in 1 integrated components.
The project includes 51 shops at highest tower as new icon in eastern past of Indonesia, residential tower, Lippo Hotel with capacity of 210 suites, Lippo Mall, Siloam Hospital with 250 rooms capacity, school for 600 students, cinema with 10 big screens, helipad, swimming pool, and other facilities.
