JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) targets to book marketing sales of Rp2 trillion this year, compared to Ro1.7 trillion last year.

Residential segment is targeted to contribute sales of Rp1.7 trillion. The company targets to launch 11 property projects this year consisting of apartment, premium housing, and industrial estate.

LPCK also targets to book revenue of Rp1.6 trillion this year, a 23% growth compared to Rp1.3 trillion in 2013. While net profit is projected to grow by 22%, compared to Rp590 billion last year.

In first quarter of this year, LPCK booked net profit of Rp227.6 billion on revenues of Rp370.7 billion. It allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp600 billion for this year.
