JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) opted to focus on its core business, property segment, by divesting data center entity PT Graha Teknologi Nusantara (GTN).

Lippo Cikarang, through its unit PT Manunggal Utama Makmur (MUM), sold 15.29 million GTN shares, representing 19.9% of total GTN’s shares, at price of Rp15.29 billion, to PT Multipolar Technology Tbk and PT Tryane Saptajagat.

MUM has total assets of Rp1.25 trillion by end of 2013 while liability amounted Rp802.9 billion. Tryane’s assets reached Rp356.13 billion and liability was Rp289.8 billion. Both companies are affiliated to Lippo Cikarang.

LPCK targets to book marketing sales of Rp2 trillion this year, compared to Ro1.7 trillion last year. It also targets to book revenue of Rp1.6 trillion this year, a 23% growth compared to Rp1.3 trillion in 2013. While net profit is projected to grow by 22%, compared to Rp590 billion last year.
