JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) had Thursday (March 6) launched the integrated property projects, Embarcadero Park, in Bintaro area, South Jakarta, Investor Daily reported this morning.
The project covers 2.4 hectares land area, opting an integrated mixed used development with investment cost of Rp2.5 trillion.
Embarcadero Park will consist of 2 apartment suits (towers) with 766 units, shopping mall, entertainment area, and international standard hospital with 300 units of bad.
