JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Kresna Group, through PT Mega Inti Supra, has acquired 51% shares of newly-listed insurance firm PT Asuransi Mitra Maparya Tbk (ASMI) from Kalbe Group for Rp200 billion.

Mega Inti acquired ASMI at Rp270 per share, equal to ASMI IPO price. It bought 708.33 million ASMI shares from PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya and bought 36,875 shares from PT Arya
Mitra.

ASMI targets to book revenue of Rp336 billion this year, a 20% growth compared to Rp280 billion in 2013. The company also targets to book net profit of Rp20 billion this year.

At 9.3 am Jakarta time, ASMI fell 6.42% to Rp379 per share, after gaining 50% on its trading debut Thursday (Jan 16).
