SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – LMIRT Management Ltd, the Manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR Trust), announced the change of name of “Kramat Jati Indah Plaza” to “Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati”, with effect from 13 June 2013.
Kramat Jati Indah Plaza, located in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, is one of the 16 high quality retail malls under the LMIR Trust’s portfolio, and was acquired by LMIR Trust on 12 October 2012.
A plan for Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI’s) had been in place prior to LMIR Trust’s acquisition of the mall. The change of name is to reflect the upgrading and tenant remixing after the completion of said AEI’s at “Kramat Jati Indah Plaza” which is now to be known as “Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati.”
