JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) found no violation on the acquisition initiated by PT Alam Tri Abadi, subsidiary of coal miner PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO).
Alam Tri, engaged in trade, construction, industry, agriculture, services, land transportation, and warehouse, is interested to acquire PT Laskar Semesta , PT Paramitha Cipta Sarana, and PT Semesta Centramas.
In the KPPU decision made in October 17, 2013, the anti monopoly institution explained that it found no worries about monopoly practice allegation or unfair business competition on the proposed acquisition.
