JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The investigator team from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has today (Jan. 15) raided the offices of Golkar Party and PKS lawmakers at the House of Representatives’ (DPR) complex related to further investigation into a bribery case involving PDI-P lawmaker Damayanti Wisnu Putranti.
The KPK’s investigator team started their raid into the office of Golkar lawmaker Budi Supriyanto. And then they raided the office of PKS lawmaker Yudi Widiana Adia.
Similar to Damayanti, both Budi and Yudi are listed as members of the House Commission V, which oversees transportation, public works, and public housing.
As reported earlier, the KPK has named Damayanti Wisnu Putranti altogether with three other people as suspects in a bribery case related to an infrastructure project under the Ministry of Public Works & Public Housing.
The three other suspects in the case are Julia Prasetyarini, Dessy A. Edwin, and director of PT Windu Tunggal Utama (WTU) Abdul Khoir. The KPK alleged Damayanti, Julia, and Dessy for receiving bribe from Abdul. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.
