JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled examination session on Monday (Oct. 19) over Fransisca Insani Rahesti, who is known as closest friend to Patrice Rio Capella, related to further investigation into bribery scandal implicating the former Secretary General of Nasdem Party.
According to acting head of KPK’s public relation bureau Yuyuk Andriati, Fransisca will be questioned as witness for Patrice, one of suspects in the case.
Fransisca was once also testified as a witness in a trial of bribery scandal implicating judges at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) of Medan, famous lawyer Otto Cornelis (OC) Kaligis, Governor of North Sumatra Gatot Pujo Nugroho, and his wife.
She is known as Patrice’s classmate at the Brawijaya University’s School of Law.
As reported earlier, KPK has named Patrice as new suspect on October 15, 2015, in a bribery case developed from previous case that dragged down Gatot and his wife. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
