Pks-25mJAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating flow of funds from graft suspect Ahmad Fathanah to some leaders of Prosperous Justice Party (PKS).

The investigation includes flow of funds to PKS president Anis Matta and minister of agriculture, Suswono, who is also PKS cadre.

“Related to Anis Matta, needs further investigation. The same applied to Suswono,” said Busyro Muqoddas, KPK leader, as quoted by Kompas.com yesterday.

Fathanah is suspect in the beef scandal implicating executives of PT Indoguna Utama and PKS leaders. Former PKS chairman Luthfi Hasan Ishaaq is also suspect in the case.

Suswono admitted of several meetings with Fathanah in Medan, North Sumatra and Takalar, South Sulawesi. The meeting in Medan was facilitated by Luthfi, where the minister finaly met Maria Elizabeth Liman, CEO of Indoguna. Fathanah was with Anis Matta during a meeting in Takalar.
