SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – Keppel Land Limited had today (Feb 19) completed the acquisition over residential site in Jakarta, on which a high-rise condominium with ancillary shop houses will be developed for sale.
Keppel Land, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Cesario Pte. Ltd. and Swift Rise Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Keppel Land (Indonesia) Pte Ltd) had entered into, among others, a binding sale and purchase agreement with PT. Harapan Global Niaga (HGN) and the legal and beneficial owners of the Hak Milik land title(s), or vendors, for all the land plots with an aggregate land area of 28,903 square metres.
The area is located along Jakarta Outer Ring Road, approximately 3.5 kilometres north of Puri Indah, West Jakarta Central Business District.
