JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Jungleland Asia, managing theme park in Bogor (West Java) mulls to launch the initial public offering (IPO), Bisnis.com reported.
Jungleland Asia claims its self as the largest operator for theme park in Indonesia with 35 hectares concession area and more than 32 means and attractions.
In October 14, 2015, PT Graha Andrasentra Propertindo (GAP), subsidiary of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk (ELTY), signed sale and purchase agreement for shares of PT Jungleland Asia with PT Bukit Jonggol Asri and PT Sentul City Tbk.
ELTY disclosed in its financial report ending September 2015 that it has fully controlled Jungleland Asia.
