JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The former acting commissioner of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Johan Budi Sapto Prabowo revealed his plan to resign from the KPK.
Johan told the press on Tuesday (Dec. 22) afternoon that he will soon submit his resignation letter to the KPK.
As reported earlier, Johan has just ended his term as one of KPK commissioners following the inauguration of the new five KPK commissioners for the period of 2015-2019. Though no longer served as KPK commissioner, he is listed as KPK official.
Johan joined the KPK since 2003 as KPK’s Director of Education & Public Services. He then was appointed as the KPK’s Spokesperson and then KPK’s Deputy of Prevention before installed as KPK’s acting commissioner in February 2015.
Prior to his years at the KPK, Johan was journalist and editor at Tempo newspaper. He graduated from University of Indonesia’s (UI) School of Engineering. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.
