SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – Jaya Holdings Ltd, a provider of offshore energy services, has signed an agreement with IHC Merwede Asia Pacific to produce IHC’s high specification offshore vessels at its yards in Singapore and Batam.
As part of the agreement, IHC also will provide design and engineering support services to Jaya.

IHC brings a world class track record of maritime engineering and technological innovation to this agreement and they are widely recognised as an industry leader in many areas of the maritime and offshore sectors. We look forward to working with IHC and believe it will be a productive relationship for both parties,” Mr Venkatraman Sheshashayee, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Jaya Holdings, said.
Jaya Holdings is a Singaporean Offshore Energy Services Group, providing a wide range of services and solutions to the offshore oil and gas E&P domain.
