JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) booked net profit of Rp90.27 billion in first nine months of this year, declined 14% from Rp105 billion in the same period of last year.
Revenues increased to Rp724.31 billion from previous Rp717.48 billion. Tourism contributed revenue of Rp521.8 billion (from external customers), real estate Rp177.78 billion, and trading and services Rp38.19 billion.
While cost of revenue and direct cost reached Rp419.12 billion. Other expenses also rose to Rp165.12 billion, of which general and administration expenses totaled Rp134.88 billion.
Its assets totaled Rp2.59 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.25 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp164.7 billion.
