JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk (JAWA) produced 23,062 tons of crude palm oil (CPO) in first half of this year, grew by 14.5% from 20,140 tons in the same period of last year, Kontan.co.id reported.
The company’s fresh fruit bunches (FFB) also increased 15.12% to 106,893 tons, from previous 92,857 tons. It bought 35,759 tons of FFB from third parties, a 45.5% rise compared to 24,574 tons in January-June period of 2012.
JAWA also sold 24,310 tons of CPO in first half of this year, grew by 19.65% from 20,317 tons in the same period of 2012.
Meanwhile JAWA’s average CPO selling price declined 16.45% to Rp6,600 per kilogram in first half of this year, from Rp7,900 in the corresponding period of 2012.
