JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSPT) is seeking bank loan of Rp860 billion, used to fund its projects next year.
The company has assigned Bank OCBC NISP as arranger for seeking the loan with tenor of 5-8 years. It allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp1.2 trillion for next year.
JSPT will next year launch some projects such as mixed-use project in Mega Kuningan (South Jakarta), superblock in Puri Botanical (West Jakarta), residential and commercial projects in Yogyakarta, and apartment development project Lush Green and Close to Nature Residence in Puri Botanical.
JSPT booked revenue of Rp930.4 billion in first nine months of 2014, increased 3% from Rp903.7 billion in the same period of 2013. Net profit rose 9% to Rp181.3 billion from previous Rp165.7 billion.
