JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Industrial estate developer PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) targets to book marketing sales of Rp1.t trillion this year, a 40% growth compared to Rp1 trillion last year.

KIJA said its industrial estate project in Cikarang contributes Rp1.15 trillion marketing sales. In 2015, the industrial projects contributed Rp500 billion sales, while the rest was derived from residential projects.

For this year, KIJA allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp785 billion, a 6.8% rise from Rp735 billion capex last year, used to acquire land in Kendal (Central Java) and Cikarang.

KIJA also plans to develop first fashion city project in Indonesia which costs Rp20 trillion.
