JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) issues global bonds worth US$70 million, equivalent Rp910 billion, which will due in 2019. Acting as underwriters for the bonds are Standard Chartered Bank and UBS. JP Morgan acts as joint bookrunner.

KIJA booked marketing sales of Rp300 billion in the first quarter of 2015, representing 25% of this year’s target of Rp1.2 trillion.

The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp735 billion for this year, of which Rp240 billion is allocated to fund land acquisition.
