JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) targets to book marketing sales of Rp3 trillion this year, a 18% rise compared to Rp2.5 trillion last year.

The superblok projects contributed Rp1.7 trillion sales or 47% of total marketing sales last year.

DILD plans to raise Rp4.5 trillion, to fund its reclamation project at an island in North Jakarta. This project will cost Rp7.5 trillion.

It also allocates Rp1 trillion to fund the acquisition of 800 hectares land area in Jombang and Demak, East Java, to be developed as industry area.

The land clearance is under way while the development is scheduled for third quarter of 2015.
