JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp2 trillion for next year, equal to this year’s capex.
The projects running next year include Serena Hills, Talaga Bastari, One Park Avenue, Surabaya Praxis, Graha Natura and Spasio Tower. Intiland also has new project, Rose Bai in Surabaya (East Java) to work in next year.
DILD targets to book marketing sales of Rp2.5 trillion next year, compared to Rp2 trillion expected for this year.
Meanwhile property developer PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk (GPRA) allocates capex of Rp300-400 billion for next year. It plans to issue medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp200 billion.
The company will have 2 new projects next year, Grand Park City Pakuan in Bogor and West Town Cengkareng in Tangerang. Other existing projects are Bellavue Place, Bhuvana Ciawi, Bukit Cimanggu City, and Metro Cilegon.
