JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) will refinance its debt of US$650 million, equivalent Rp8.45 trillion, in July this year, Investor Daily reported this morning.
ISAT’s debt scheduled to mature within next 12 months amounts Rp12 trillion. As of March 2016, the mature debts amount Rp2.22 trillion and US$719.2 million.
The refinancing will be funded by foreign currency loan of US$500 million and US$150 million loan in rupiah. ISAT plans to issue bonds worth Rp3.1 trillion in May 28-29, 2015.
