JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Ooredoo, Qatar, intends to change name or rebranding PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) this year. Ooredoo, formerly Qatar Telecommunication (Qtel), controls 65% stake in Indosat.
Investor Daily reported Ooredoo is committed to hold and develop its business in Indonesia through Indosat, instead of acquiring other telecommunication assets as did by its peers.
